Zaffar Khan came to Australia more than 40 years ago with very little, but with a strong desire to work, survive and build a better life. In his early years, he worked as a cleaner, labourer and taxi driver, doing whatever honest work was available. Those years shaped his belief that success is not built overnight. It is built through discipline, humility, persistence and execution.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

After driving taxis, Zaffar saw an opportunity in the industry and started a taxi training centre from a one bedroom unit in Sydney. That small idea grew into the largest taxi training centre in Australia and became accredited by the NSW Government. He later sold the business, moved to New Zealand and created a major employment initiative that helped long term unemployed people become taxi drivers and, in many cases, taxi owners.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Zaffar's business journey has included significant success, major setbacks and the experience of starting again. After financial failure in New Zealand, he returned to Brisbane and rebuilt his life from the ground up, including returning to taxi driving before moving into the medical industry and home doctor services. Over time, he became one of Australia's largest home doctor service providers and continued developing the systems, structures and execution methods that now form the foundation of his business growth approach.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Zaffar later co-founded Cocoon SDA Care, a disability care provider built around purpose, dignity, liveability and higher standards of care. The company grew rapidly, employed thousands of staff and was recognised among Australia's fastest growing companies. While the business later faced challenging circumstances that placed pressure on its staff and vulnerable participants, Zaffar remains focused on truth, fairness, service and the lessons learned through both success and adversity.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n

Today, Zaffar is the founder of Zaffarology, a practical business expansion system built around the 8 Pillars of Business Success. He is also the author of 51 books covering business, leadership, mindset, discipline, systems and execution. His message is simple: motivation is not enough, knowledge is not enough and meetings are not enough unless they lead to action.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
